Crew Member Outlet Operations

Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day‑to‑day operation of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Bake cookies and muffins.
• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
• Maintain consistency in housekeeping of the outlet.
• Keep merchandise area clean and tidy.
• Assist in wrapping gift items.
• Assist in product display.
• Assist in customer service.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations.
• Be able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
