Salary from £47,200 – £59,000 per annum Permanent Hybrid working.

Job overview: Provide expert support to the Customer Business collections function focusing on credit reference agencies for consumer and business customers. Articulate business ideas, develop business cases, improve processes, coordinate policies, and manage data sharing with credit agencies.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and implement credit risk policies and procedures.
• Ensure policies comply with industry regulations and liaise with Data Protection Officer and Legal team.
• Provide intra-departmental guidance on customer behavior, portfolio stability, and debt risk policies.
• Develop specifications for the use of credit reference agencies and data sharing in line with regulations.
