Collaborate with the attention of clients who require assistance regarding their accounts once they have left the hotel.
Monitoring hotel and golf collections, as well as payment of commissions.
Responsible for ensuring all departments within the hotel follow credit and collections policies and procedures.
Works in close coordination with Sales, Groups and Conventions and Front Office.
