About the Role

Credit Controller

As a Credit Controller (Level I), you will be responsible for promptly collecting payments, maintaining the accounts receivable (AR) ledger for a defined portfolio of standard‑risk clients, and ensuring debt collection targets are successfully met. You will play a crucial role in managing clients' credit risk and limiting exposure to bad debts while ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR, focusing on standard‑risk accounts in line with Insight’s credit control procedures.
  • Ensure timely collection of all debts and payments using appropriate communication methods (phone, email, portals) and maintain regular contact with debtors.
  • Monitor client accounts to identify overdue balances, follow up in accordance with dunning schedules, and support the maintenance of the aging profile.
