Credit Control Team Leader -Collections & Customer Resolution

We are looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to support the day-to-day leadership of our Billing and Credit Control team across the UK and Ireland.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working closely with a team, supporting strong collections activity, helping manage customer account issues and keeping credit control activity moving with pace, accuracy and professionalism.

This role is about more than managing overdue accounts. It is about helping the team stay focused, supported and consistent, while ensuring customer conversations are handled fairly, commercially and with care.
