The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Track & control company's non-performing portfolios Manage relationships with clients and internal pertaining to any issues in order to reduce exposure to potential bad debt Escalate potential risk and significant issues to management for timely resolution Verification of all newly created customers accounts Ensure that assessment / review of all customers credit facilities are done timely Follow up on critical accounts with lawyers and other third parties on early recovery of debts Ensure credit control processes and procedures are in compliance with Company standards and polices Supervise the credit control team and work closely with clients and internal business units to resolve dispute Timely collections and reduce exposure to potential bad debt Evaluate risks and recommend pausing delivery or take legal acti...
