If so, we’re looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join our head office in Blackburn. The role involves supporting various finance administration duties for prepayment and credit billing services within our Meter & Billing team.

Key Duties:

* Posting of daily cash receipts

* Enhanced debt reconciliation

* Reconciliation of daily banking transactions and company receipts

* Processing of remittance advices on a daily basis

* Daily allocation reporting per client contract

* Updating the company credit management system accurately

* Processing refund requests in line with company policy

* Creating, monitoring and issuing of Direct Debits including payment plans and failure letters

* Ad hoc Admin Duties as and when required
