Credit Card Usage Specialist

CORE PROFILE:

The Credit Card Usage Specialist is responsible for driving the CIF activation/engagement and spend/outstanding balance growth of the business. This role oversees the acquired portfolio lifecycle— activation, spend generation, building of outstanding balance, cardholder engagement/retention and anti-attrition through data‑driven strategies, partnerships, campaigns, and customer experience enhancements to ensure the portfolio meets revenue/P&L targets through management of multiple portfolio performance metrics.
