About the Role

This position is responsible for end-to-end credit administration and documentation management for corporate & commercial lending business. The role ensures all corporate & commercial credit facilities are properly documented, secured, disbursed and monitored in strict compliance with the Bank’s credit policies, internal procedures and local regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities


1. Credit Documentation & Disbursement Management

- Prepare, review and verify all corporate credit documents including loan agreements, facility letters, security documents, guarantees, mortgages, pledges and other legal documents strictly in accordance with credit approval terms.

- Check and fulfill all Conditions Precedent (CP) and Conditions Subsequent (CS) before loan disbursement.

- Process drawdown, repayment, rollover, restructuring and limit utilization accurately in the core banking system.
