Team Introduction

The TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to empower creators and build strong partnerships that drive meaningful real time interactions across the globe. The Creator Management function focuses on working directly with creators to help them grow sustainably and succeed on LIVE. As a creator manager intern, you will support creator onboarding, education, performance tracking, and day to day operations. You will gain practical experience working directly with creators and understanding the operational models behind TikTok LIVE. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
