In Canada, Mistplay follows a 2 days/week in-office hybrid model in Toronto (400 University Ave) and Montreal (1001 Blvd. Robert-Bourassa).
Overview
- Creative Operations & Traffic Management: Serve as the operational hub for the department, triaging and prioritizing the daily intake of requests across DTC and B2B under the direction of the Creative Director. You don’t just manage tasks, you partner with internal stakeholders to refine briefs and ensure team bandwidth in Asana is always aligned with the departmental priorities set by leadership.
- Creative Performance & Optimization: Partner with the UA team to translate performance data into actionable ad concepts. Collaborate on the creative loop, testing and iterating on hooks, value props and bodies to ensure our assets are constantly evolving and resonating with our audience.
