About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead and develop copy-led creative concepts across integrated campaigns and brands

● Create strong, impactful storytelling across digital, social, ATL, and BTL platforms

● Guide, mentor, and review copy teams to ensure quality, consistency, and brand tone

● Collaborate with design, strategy, and account teams for cohesive creative output

● Translate briefs into clear, compelling, and strategically aligned ideas

● Ensure consistency of brand voice across all communication touchpoints

● Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients

● Stay updated with cultural trends, formats, and evolving brand storytelling practices


Requirements:

● 6–10 years of experience in copywriting/creative roles in an agency

Mainline advertising experience is mandatory
