Job Description: Creative Director – Catalog Games

Reports To: VP Catalog

We’re looking for a Creative Director to elevate the creative direction of our most impactful games and shape the long‑term future of our portfolio. As Creative Director, you’ll be the voice of the player, the architect of product vision, and a key partner to product leadership. You’ll transform player insights into creative strategies, define the creative direction of key titles, and guide teams toward delivering memorable, engaging experiences. This role is a core part of the Catalog Leadership Team and reports directly to the VP Catalog. You will lead a multidisciplinary creative group of 10 across Game Design, Level Design, UI/UX Design, and Game Art.
