About the RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Banksman ticket and be confident managing vehicle and machinery movements across a live site.
Responsibilities
  • Directing site traffic and ensuring safe vehicle movements
  • Coordinating deliveries and guiding large plant/vehicles
  • Maintaining clear and safe access routes on site
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
    • Requirements
  • Valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket
  • Full PPE: hard hat, high‑vis, safety boots, gloves, glasses
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strongmunication skills
