This role is ideal for graduates, sports coaches, youth workers, carers, support workers, and individuals with transferable skills who are confident leading and engaging young people.
We're looking for candidates who:
• Have strong transferable skills and a positive attitude
• Demonstrate confident behaviour management
• Have a strong character and classroom presence
• Are passionate about supporting young people
• Hold a BA/MA degree or relevant experience working with children or young people (desirable)
