Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.


Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including property and financial affairs.

  • Supporting solicitors with deputyship applications, annual reports, and ongoing case management.

  • Liaising with clients, families, local authorities, medical professionals, and financial institutions.

  • Preparing legal documents, statements, and evidence bundles.

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Court of Protection and OPG requirements.
