Court Interpreter I

The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking a Court Interpreter I to perform simultaneous, consecutive, and sight translation from English into Spanish or Portuguese (and vice versa) in a variety of court proceedings, hearings, attorney/client conferences, pre‑arraignment communications, and related matters in person and by remote devices. The interpreter will also make court announcements, maintain records, prepare activity reports, and perform related duties as required.

Salary

$63,204–$82,436 per year (starting at the minimum; existing state employees may earn higher). Plus State of Connecticut benefits.
