About the Role
What the role is:
As a Counsellor in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.
What you will be working on:You will provide case counselling/management support to students. You will be part of the professional team to coordinate and monitor the help provided to these students and/or work with their families and relevant stakeholders within ITE/external agencies to render support to these students.
What we are looking for:You are expected to provide case counselling/management support for students-and their families and implement a mental wellness intervention programme, which include the following:
- Case counselling/management support for students
- Referring students to relevant stakeholders within and outside ITE to render necessary support.
- Implement programmes for students’ mental wellness social-emotional development
