About the Role

            Key Responsibilities  Provide therapeutic support to individuals, youth, and families, with a focus on concerns relating to gender fluidity, in congruence, dysphoria, identity, and/or transitioning. 
Provide support to clients with sexuality‑related concerns, including same‑sex attraction (SSA). 
Provide support to clients experiencing problematic or compulsive sexual behaviours (e.g. CSBD). 
Provide support to clients experiencing emotional, developmental, relational, and sexual trauma, including concerns related to identity, shame, and attachment. 
Conduct intake assessments, risk evaluations, and develop individualised,trauma‑informed intervention plans. 
Facilitate group programmes, psychoeducation sessions, and workshops on topics such as human sexuality, identity, relationships, and healthy coping.
