Customer Experience Manager
based at the Milton Office and covering Ontario’s Southwestern region.
Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Vice‑President, Sales, the Customer Experience Manager will be mainly responsible for leading the Customer Experience team to ensure Customer Satisfaction through the development, implementation and execution of Sales policies and procedures.
More specifically, the manager will directly supervise 3 Customer Experience Coordinators and a total of about 10 team members, including Dispatchers and Customer Experience Representatives located in Milton, Bolton, Cambridge and Woodstock.
