Costing & Financial Planning Senior Analyst (FP&A)

We are partnering with a leading multinational manufacturer to hire a hands‑on, commercially focused Costing & FP&A Analyst with strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.

• Lead product costing and inventory valuation, including standard costing and variance analysis (material, labor, overhead)
• Partner with operations to analyze cost drivers, production efficiency, and margin improvement
• Perform monthly closing activities related to costing and manufacturing finance
• Prepare and review management reports, P&L, and cost performance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
• Monitor CAPEX, production costs, and cost‑saving initiatives
