Job Description
- Undertaking top-down Cost Planning
- Working with Single Line Diagrams and technical information to produce First Principles Estimating
- Technical knowledge of Substation and transmission infrastructure & technology
- Lead the estimation process for construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate estimates.
- Prepare capital cost estimates to meet industry standard estimate classification guidelines, in particular AACE.
- Use of in-house data to perform benchmarking analysis.
- Analyse and interpret project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labour, equipment, and overhead costs.
