  • Prepare detailed BOQs, estimate quantities from drawings, and monitor progress against estimates.
  • Conduct site visits to verify quantity takeoffs and prepare rate analysis reports.
  • Develop cost plans, track costs during construction, and analyze variances between estimated and actual costs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on Quantity Surveying matters to clients.
