Cost Controller

We’re hiring a Cost Controller for Roomy Hotels.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience, sharp attention to detail, and a solid understanding of F&B costing, inventory controls, yield management, and variance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts for food, beverage, and general stores
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and identify variances
• Maintain and audit Master Recipe Cards and POS itemizations
• Monitor wastage, portion control, buffet overproduction, and operational spoilage
• Verify receiving sheets against purchase orders, market lists, quantity, quality, and weight
• Prepare F&B cost reports, cost‑potential analysis, and variance explanations
• Work closely with Procurement to ensure competitive vendor pricing while maintaining Roomy’s standards
