Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with monitoring operating costs, payroll, and departmental expenses against budgets.
• Supporting the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and basic variance analysis.
• Collecting, validating, and organizing financial and operational data from systems (PeopleSoft, POS, PMS, Excel, BI tools).
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting exercises under supervision.
• Assisting with internal controls, audits, and compliance with finance policies and procedures.
