About the Role
I. Job Responsibilities
- Review and approve all purchases to ensure compliance with budget and company policies.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyses to support Sales personnel prior to project quotation submissions.
- Take charge of procurement and contract administration for every awarded project.
- Prepare and submit progress claims to clients, and issue payment certifications to subcontractors.
- Monitor and manage overall cost control and drive cost efficiency across company operations.
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying (QS).
- Strong background in procurement and negotiation.
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
