About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate labor and parts line items in service orders and allocate them to appropriate sub-orders.
  • Estimate job completion time for assigned technicians.
  • Calculate and finalize job costs after task completion.
  • Prepare invoices and cost estimates in a timely manner.
  • Raise proforma invoices for cash and contract service orders.
  • Verify consumable charges and ensure accurate billing.
  • Amend job cards and invoices in the system to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Review invoices and supporting documents against system records for accuracy.
  • Prepare daily workshop performance reports.
  • Compute incentives and prepare claim forms.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the system.
  • Support the Service Manager with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
