Job Description

• Prepare and finalize cost proposals and quotations for endorsement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timely completion of requirements.
• Coordinate with international and local suppliers via email, chat, and phone to gather required information.
• Monitor and manage email communications related to quotation requests, client inquiries, and supplier updates.
• Prepare Master Sales Orders.
• Participate in meetings, including coordination and project discussions.
• Maintain and regularly update key reports such as the Quotation Worksheet and Pending Lists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance, Business Administration, BS Commerce, or any related course.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
