Position Summary

We are seeking a Cost Accountant to support financial visibility and operational performance within a small manufacturing environment. This role will focus on analyzing labor, material, and overhead costs, identifying variances, and working closely with operations to improve cost accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and report on manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and overhead
Identify and investigate cost variances (standard vs. actual) and provide actionable insights
Partner with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to understand cost drivers and recommend improvements
