Corporate Travel - VIP Desk Team Leader

Job Description and Qualifications:

• Must be amenable to work 100% onsite in WNS Eastwood Site.
• GDS Expert (Cryptic Commands)
• Must have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a BPO setting
• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including providing tailored travel advice and solutions to Elite (CEO, CFO, CTO, VP etc.) customers.
• Strong Travel Management and capability to oversee travel programs for corporate clients.
• Hands-on experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Must have: Corporate Travel Background (B2B)
