About the Role
Within the Legal Business Line, the Domiciliation team provides clients with domiciliary and corporate secretary services.
The team provides support for traditional investment funds/vehicles (“Mainstream”) and alternative investment funds/vehicles such as real estate, infrastructure, private equity and private debt, etc.
(“PEREs”).
The role of the Corporate Officer is to manage a portfolio of clients throughout the legal lifecycle of Mainstream and PEREs undertakings for collective investment funds (“UCI”) and corporate entities for which CACEIS acts as a service provider.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding the proper execution of domiciliary and corporate secretary activities.
Act as the client contact and be accountable for the proper execution of the domiciliation and corporate secretary services for a portfolio of clients, work autonomously, take ownership and responsibility for allocated tasks.
