The Corporate M&A group advises across the full spectrum of corporate work: public takeovers, private M&A, joint ventures, disposals, corporate restructurings, and related corporate governance and antitrust matters. The team works on complex, high-value cross-border mandates for some of the world's leading businesses.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Admitted Singapore | 2 to 4 years PQE in corporate or M&A practice
