Corporate Legal Executive

Our client, a diversified investment group, is looking to hire a Corporate Legal Executive to join their team in Dubai.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the successful candidate will support the legal, corporate governance, compliance, and company secretarial functions across the Group's businesses.

This opportunity is ideal for a legally qualified professional who can translate commercial discussions into well-structured legal agreements while working closely with executive leadership across sectors including property development, real estate, commodities trading, investment management, and capital solutions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, Joint Venture Agreements, consultancy, employment, supplier, and service agreements.
