This role is ideal for a qualified lawyer with a strong corporate background who enjoys producing legal content, developing practical resources, and enabling other lawyers through training and knowledge sharing. It is a non-client-facing, fully internal position that blends legal expertise with content strategy and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, update, and maintain precedent documents, templates, and know-how tools for M&A and PE transactions.
