Corporate Excellence Specialist

Talents Tide is seeking a qualified and driven Corporate Excellence Specialist to join a leading government-related entity in the UAE.

This role is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of institutional excellence frameworks, quality systems, and performance management practices aligned with Dubai Government Excellence Program standards and international best practices.

The successful candidate will play a key role in embedding a culture of excellence, supporting self‑assessments, performance monitoring, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
