CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST

Job Description

Lead the strategic management and monitoring of key non‑wholly owned subsidiaries (NWOs). You will be responsible for the overall governance of NWOs, driving their value‑creation plans, supporting them in setting strategies, executing priorities, and unlocking value to deliver KPIs. The role also includes leading M&A exercises (acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, etc.) and developing CelcomDigi’s overall portfolio optimization strategy for its NWOs, assets and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key advisor to CelcomDigi’s management and the appointed board members of investment companies.
• Manage strategy, governance, priorities, and activities for investments in non‑wholly owned companies and joint ventures.
