Corporate Development Senior Manager

The role supports the company’s capital formation and inorganic growth activities, contributing to funding rounds, strategic partnerships, and investment decisions.

The position will translate complex and incomplete information into rigorous financial and investment cases, to support the VP, Corporate Development and executive team with high‑quality analysis and insight. The role manages core corporate finance work including financial analysis, project and transaction modelling, and product‑level unit economics. In addition to their core responsibilities, the role supports FP&A with modelling and scenario analysis, and Legal with Shareholder analysis.

Success in this role will be defined by the quality, clarity, and reliability of financial analysis supporting capital raising and strategic decisions, and the efficient execution of funding and transaction processes.
