About the Role

Representing a publicly listed healthcare real estate investment firm, we are proud to be leading the search for a Corporate Counsel. This newly created role will support securities, governance, and transactional legal matters across a growing, acquisition-focused platform. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence processes, support capital markets activity, and partner closely with senior leadership in a high-growth environment.
As the Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with public securities offerings, including preparation of offering materials and coordination of due diligence processes

Supporting debt and financing transactions at the portfolio level, including structured and secured financings

Drafting and reviewing SEC filings, including Form 8-K, -K, -Q, proxy statements, and beneficial ownership forms
