About The Role

The Corporate Counsel role supports Tebra’s legal, compliance, and risk management needs within a fast‑paced healthcare technology environment. This individual will provide practical guidance on HIPAA, security, financial, and privacy matters while independently managing cross‑functional projects. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, with strong judgment, and integrity.

Your Area of Focus

• Provide business‑minded legal guidance to a growing healthcare software company, including privacy, secure payment and billing practices, information security, intellectual property, and procurement.
• Provide guidance on a broad range of privacy and security frameworks, including HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, and emerging state data privacy laws.
• Contract drafting and review in support of Tebra’s business development, operations, products and services.
