The Position:

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its dynamic Chicago office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated corporate transactions and strategic business matters for a diverse client base ranging from emerging growth companies to established public and private enterprises.

Requirements:

• Active bar admission in Illinois, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate law gained at a respected law firm.
• Experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, and general corporate matters.
• Exposure to private equity transactions, financing transactions, and other sophisticated business transactions is highly desirable.
