    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building solid relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and assuring product or service satisfaction.

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.

  • Serving as major clients' main contact, answering questions, resolving concerns, and aggressively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
