Main Purpose of the role
To develop and deliver training programs for all of Ishida Europe’s product range to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop formal training modules for the Ishida product range (existing products and New Development Plan working together with Product Management).Deliver training modules to satisfy customer requirements.Ensure output of the training section is accurate, on time and achieves Ishida standards.Ensure records and databases are accurately maintained.Ensure safe working practices are understood, implemented and maintained.Carry out assessments following training and certify.Maintain database for training records.Understand and comply with the relevant sections of our ISO 9001-2008 quality standard.Plan and organise promotions to increase the sale of training.To be prepared to travel at s...
