Role Summary

The selected candidate will join the AH Information Management Directorate to manage, drive, and monitor digital projects related to the Airbus Helicopters Customer Relationship Management domain. Activities around CRM are mainly driven by Marketing, Sales and Support departments.

In a high‑service usage context, you will be accountable for stability, performance, and operability of our solutions and act as a pivotal liaison between internal teams, managed service providers, and users to ensure service excellence.
