Allegion is a global security and safety solutions company. This role coordinates sales and project activities for glazing products, including Vision Control® and ViuLite®.

Responsibilities

• Prepare price calculations in Excel and Overtur, and quotations in CRM and Word.
• Maintain up‑to‑date databases of projects, locations, architects, and application types.
• Calculate prices for special applications and request supplier pricing; apply exchange rates.
• Draft quotations/contracts, send to customers with details and brochures.
• Follow up on quotations with customers and external representatives.
• Process orders in ERP system (Genius), managing the entire project journey from signing through to delivery.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance; expedite submittals and documentation for final approval.
