The Coordinator, Relational Security Services is responsible for supervising a team of Relational Security Officers and Relational Security Supervisors (RSO/RSS’s) to ensure the physical safety of all employees, patients and visitors to the organization’s facilities and the security of property and assets. The Coordinator schedules RSO/RSS shifts and ensures 24/7 coverage. The incumbent will ensure policy and procedure compliance with professional, legal, and Northern Health standards.
