Reporting to the VP - CEO Office & Strategic Initiatives, the Coordinator, Office of the CEO & Strategic PMO supports the operating rhythm of the CEO Office and the governance cadence of Strategic Initiatives. The role acts as a shared coordination resource across both pillars, combining trusted executive support with disciplined governance administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CEO Office Coordination: Coordinate the CEO calendar and support the day-to-day operating rhythm. Schedule and manage logistics, agendas, papers, and follow-up actions for ELT meetings, strategy sessions, executive offsites, town halls, and leadership forums. Support the preparation of high-quality executive papers, briefing materials, and presentations.
