Coordinator: Chauffeur Drive Services (Emirates) – FTC 12 Months Cape Town

To co‑coordinate the daily chauffeur‑driven services in order to contribute to customer satisfaction.

Key deliverables and outputs

Operational

• Plan fleet and chauffeur allocations timeously on AS400 before dispatching (Chauffeur App/Other)
• Distribute allocations fairly between Chauffeurs to limit overtime hours worked
• Decrease distances between transfers (dead‑legging) where possible
• Ensure correct fuel allocation and log all fuel card movements in the register
• Mitigate or raise service failures timeously to management
• Inspect vehicles, complete daily vehicle check‑list and raise exceptions to management
• Log inquiries timeously on AS400/Other applicable systems
• Track vehicle movements as required
• Create and confirm bookings on AS400/Other applicable systems
• Check the accuracy and validity of booking requests
• Coordinate the VIP/group transfers
