Summary About the Position: The incumbent serves as a cook for AFRICOM J032 Executive Services responsible for complete preparation of one or more meals, using the full range of quantity cooking procedures from the common or frequently used recipes to creating new or complex recipes. Perform a variety of complex cooking tasks as required. Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are maintained in a presentable and sanitary condition (i.e. clean as you go). Responsibilities Use the full range of quantity cooking procedures from the common or frequently used recipes to creating new or complex recipes. Lead preparation for assigned tasks in one or more of the following work environments: Breakfast, lunch or dinner service Cocktail and other stand-up events; Formal luncheons and dinners.
