About the Role

Minimum requirements:
  • 35 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
  • Strong experience in property transfers and cancellations
  • Proven experience working with ABSA conveyancing processes (essential)
  • Solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and Deeds Office requirements
  • Proficiency in conveyancing systems (Lexis Convey / GhostConvey or similar advantageous)
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with a client-facing approach
