The successful candidate will provide support on bond cancellation matters, including distressed sales and matters arising from properties sold in execution, with exposure to registrations considered advantageous.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ conveyancing paralegal experience, with a stable employment history.
Proven experience in bond cancellations.
Exposure to recoveries-related cancellations involving sales in execution will be advantageous.
Experience with bond registrations is beneficial.
Professional, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with clients.
